In the past, several sponsor contests (SIA & Hollywoodsports to name two), winners only had to deposit after their win to receive 100% of the prize and then complete the rollover. My thoughts are, that posters should not have to be obligated to deposit and put money in action preceding contest to qualify for 100% prize and then winner is still obligated to complete rollover. (Synbet ring a bell) The sponsor gets your money coming and going, to qualify precontest, and rollover post-win. Think it's more forward to use criteria that I mentioned in 1st sentence. If you win, you deposit to claim 100% prize and then complete rollover requirements. I did this with both books mentioned 1st sentence and played very steadily with both for many months afterwards.
