Does the site really need a Head Moderator? I would think not at this time in the offshore industry.
ANY forum/website needs guidance from someone other than ownership, who obviously doesn't have time to oversee it at all times.
There are more things to be done and decisions to be made behind the scenes than most realize.
Since Wil's departure management has made proper adjustments.
We just haven't felt the need to announce those changes publicly while posters, players, and Rx employees alike, make a smooth transition as we continue to mold and strengthen our community as a group.
I think most here will agree that with the exception of a small handful who like to keep the pot stirred it's understood that ultimately we all share many of the same interests which bring us here together.
Lately we've actually averaged more new registrations than in the past, even for this time of the year.
There must be a reason they follow thousands of you in various ways and eventually decide to become members!
In a way it's up to you as veteran posters to teach those who are inexperienced in this hobby and/or business. And yes even keep them in line at times! Ha
PO69 in a sense, what you say about a single head moderator being unnecessary is somewhat true.
Let's just say that two heads are better than one, and I'll leave it at...
