I had the over 5 sacks for a prop last night on Betonline

They graded it as a push, but NFL.com has a total of 6 sacks. Anyone else having this problem?

I see that CBS Sports has 5 Sacks. CBS Sportsline as Not been good lately.
I know a few Shops that use them as part of Grading.

Will try to look into this for you.

NFL.com has a total of 5 sacks in their stats, but 6 in their play-by-play. Seems like the sack at 9:55 in in the 1st quarter wasn't credited to anybody:

1st q:
(11:45) 7-C.Ponder sacked at MIN 27 for -7 yards (52-C.Matthews). FUMBLES (52-C.Matthews) [52-C.Matthews], recovered by MIN-28-A.Peterson at MIN 25. 28-A.Peterson to MIN 25 for no gain (50-A.Hawk).
(9:55) (Shotgun) 12-A.Rodgers sacked at GB 23 for -7 yards. FUMBLES, and recovers at GB 23. 12-A.Rodgers to GB 23 for no gain (69-J.Allen).

2nd q:
(13:29) 12-A.Rodgers sacked at MIN 18 for -9 yards (69-J.Allen).
(1:49) (Shotgun) 12-A.Rodgers sacked at GB 23 for -6 yards (26-A.Winfield).

and one more in the 2nd half:
(5:13) 7-C.Ponder sacked at MIN 28 for -11 yards (52-C.Matthews).
(2:49) 7-C.Ponder sacked at 50 for -8 yards (55-D.Bishop).

and two more in the 4th q, which were nullified by penalties:
(14:56) (Shotgun) 12-A.Rodgers sacked at MIN 42 for -4 yards (50-E.Henderson). PENALTY on MIN-25-Ty.Johnson, Illegal Use of Hands, 5 yards, enforced at MIN 38 - No Play.
(1:57) (Shotgun) 7-C.Ponder sacked at GB 30 for 0 yards (94-J.Wynn). PENALTY on MIN-40-J.Kleinsasser, Offensive Holding, 10 yards, enforced at GB 30 - No Play.

It seems that Jared Allen was only credited with one sack although play-by-play shows he had two sacks.

But the bottom of the page does show team total sacks of three for Green Bay and three for Minnesota

"In the NFL, it is possible to record a sack for zero yards. The QB must pass the statistical line of scrimmage to avoid the sack. A sack is also credited when a defender causes the quarterback to fumble and the defending team recovers the ball behind or at the line of scrimmage." I wonder if that applies if the offensive team recovers it for a loss.

Update from Betonline .............

Here is the Update from Betonline. There was a Mistake on the Grading, as some Reports had the Sack Total of 5, and Others had it at 6.

The prop was over/under total sacks in game 5

When we graded the game last night, we saw the result as 5 total sacks recorded in the game.

This was not correct. The total number of sacks combined in the game was 6.

End result if you have over 5 sack wagered you have a winner

Under 5 sacks a loser.

Poster 1277 and Anyone else who Played this Prop.

You should have a Re-Grade , and anyone that had the Prop of OVER 5, are NOW Winners :toast:

Wow what a headache! Some Live Chat rep named Pedro kept giving me the run-around for 30 min. acting as though he had told Wagering to actually take a look at the stats again and kept telling me nope, "Minn 3, GB 2"

Thanks man, glad it worked out for you guys. After speaking with two different people for a total of about 45min., I get told to call the Wagering Dept. and talk to the same people these reps have supposedly been speaking with and they bail from the chat session. They keep stating that the Defense category only lists 5 sacks and that they'll only change the grade if NFL.com does as well. What else can I say to them other than to look further down at the Total Sacks category and list each play-by-play? These people are being so difficult for something so minor.

nfl.com does list 6 sacks in the game center (3 for each team in the bottom stats) if you count player stats it only shows 5.

i made this same wager at bookmaker.eu . at first they graded the game with 4 sacks (a loss), i messaged live support and told them there was atleast 5 sacks in the game, within a few mins it was changed to 5 and my bet refunded. I saw this thread and was ready to go argue with them about the change to 6 (i watched the game live, the score keeper took away allens sack early in the 2nd qtr from all the online stats), but see they already changed it over night to a winner with 6 sacks.

so props to bookmaker for changing it early to a correct winner

If any one perhaps has any sway or knows some one who can help me resolve the situation with 5dimes, I'd really appreciate it. The Live Chat people are providing vague, unhelpful responses and is really disappointing me with the way a reputable book is handling their customer service needs. Could it be that they don't feel they would make money off cashing the prop bet or could it be that they they don't to go through the "trouble" of going back and retroactively credit/negate accounts for the misgrading? In any case, I'm just about getting sick of the run-around now.
