Not sure I would classify this stuff as fast food...more like culinary masterpieces. For those of you who have never tried truffles or foie gras...well it is a little bit hard to describe...they definitely have a very distinct flavor and their rarity is what the high prices are all about. Personally, I don't have a problem spending money on food - I look at it as an experience. I wouldn't think twice about trying the hotdog, the cheesesteak, or the mac and cheese - I don't particularly care for caviar or expensive champange so much of the other stuff I would have to decline. If any of you ever have the chance to eat some fatted duck liver you should try it...BTW thats foie gras.
