Why must CBS show John Elway on the sidelines every 2 minutes ...........

He doesn't own the Denver Broncos, he's not even President of the team.

His official title is Vice President of Football Operations, he's slightly above the GM in the pecking order.

He's not that such of a big shot where CBS needs to show us his face 4 times in the fourth quarter and twice more in overtime.

The Chiefs play later tonight on NBC
Trip MacCracken (honest, that's his name) has the same job for KC that Elway has for Denver.

I will make the over / under 0.5, and I will take the under for the max the number of times Trip MacCracken is shown during the broadcast.

It's stupid, isn't it? I guess it's for the same reason that they showed Ray Lewis fifty times on Thanksgiving, Peyton Manning or in the past, Brenda Warner.... probably to give the knuckleheads in the booth something to blather on about.

Trip never came close to quarterbacking the Chiefs to two superbowl wins...............Elway is a huge NFL legend..............Mccraken is not.

I guess if you are looking for some interceptions and sacks you can stick elway in.

Elway is not better than Montana. Don't blame Joe for having talent around him. Most feel he is the best as no one was cooler under pressure.
