Someone is trying to make a quick buck with this scam site and sadly it is the suckers that actually buy this scamdicappers picks using my name that are being robbed.

I have a reward ( better then money ) for anyone that can get this site off the net for i have no time to even deal with this nonsense.

The site was created on 8-11-11. There is a post on MW the day after about it. Seems like a coincidence for someone to accidentally find the website the day after it showed up. The guy says he "got a text from a friend" about it. Worth checking out. Wish I could help more. The poster that started the thread is named "Huskie" and only has 50 posts after over a year there. He didn't post anything for nearly a full year before posting that thread. His post almost a year ago was in "Krackman got arrested". Seems to like you...

You can get a botnet to hit it with a DDOS attack to bring it down.

What kind of reward are you offering to bring the site down?

I don't think contacting the web host will do anything since this guy probably owns the domain name www.krackman.com so he can just change providers and his problem will be solved. You have to go after the dns attached to the domain to do any damage.

Disregard post #4 and please delete. The guy whose RX username I mentioned, as well as the subsequent email are not the same person as the Huskie guy that likes to stalk Krackman. Sorry about the mistake.

i just looked at this guys site and all I can say is wow...about a year ago i was so naive about sports betting i would probably have believed most of the claims on there...the special package is the most laughable..

If I were the RX, I'd delete the post about suggesting a DDOS attack as you could be held liable. Some agencies take that very seriously as those attacks can do damage not to just the site itself but the company & networks it is hosted on.

As I suspected, the site is on shared hosting with over 15,000 other sites. So don't do any sort of DDOS attack on it as the other sites should not have to potentially suffer. As far as contacting Go Daddy is concerned, they won't do anything unless you have legal grounds to file a copyright claim or they are doing something illegal. I know quite a number of people who work there & they won't do a thing.

I think he has a Lot of Legal Grounds....

How about they are using his Picture when he Won Last years M Contest. Or How about they are using his Bio on the Site.

It's Not like they are calling it his Nickname , but It's something else.

The Site Is ALL about him.

Beside having it taken Down. They very well could be Damages here.

I'm not a person to Sue, but maybe in this case where it is your Name... I would think of it.

His picture is no longer his property when it was posted on the internet without any sort of copyright protection.
All of the information provided would be considered legal, public knowledge printed on the internet.

No Damages.

Though I do agree he's a scumbag for pulling this shyt.
