Would take Marga-cheato here. +220 is great value. Fucked up eye socket or not, he holds key stylistic advantages over Cotto. Unless Cotto has improved his endurance a lot since they last fought (don't think he has) and Margarito isn't too shot, the Tijuana Tornado should take this fight.

I can't find it at +220, but +170 I think is still value. I watched the 24/7 where Cotto claimed Margarito cheated in their fight. Not sure if those claims are valid or not, but I would assume this time around the fight would be on the up and up. I still like the dog in this spot. Cotto controlled most of the fight until he got badly beat up in the later rounds. Unless boxing wants to have a 3rd fight between these two (which is always possible) I think the dog has plenty of value.

I usually only play underdogs or small faves in boxing & UFC, with the exception Jon Jones who I've been laying the heavy juice on for the past 3 fights, but I absolutely love cotto in this one. I'm parlaying him with a few of my regular CFB picks and will also lay the -220. Tough to say if Cheato was ever really championship caliber because we don't know when he started loading his gloves. But he's never been a big puncher and has average skill. His huge advantage has always been his granite chin, which I believe is not what it once was. In addition, you have to believe that eye is gonna swell up quickly. Cotto is also diminished, but not close to as bad as Cheato. Cotto takes this one by mid round stoppage due to cuts/swelling. PS I was at the first fight at the MGM...what a great atmosphere and fight! Was also happy to cash my ticket with Cheato as the dog in that one...was getting worried early though! Glad that plaster started to harden up late in the fight haha

Cotto has been waiting for this for 3yrs. The man feels cheated, and is gonna come out hard to get his revenge. Also, his father died this year, don't underestimate that motivation. Only winning ticket for Margarito has been the over in his fights, dude just doesnt give up, but I have a feeling this one is gonna get stopped when his eye swells up. NYC boxing commission doesn't want a liability of having this guy go blind after their last minute ruling. These are the same jerkoffs that banned mma. Cotto under 10. I'll be at this one live, looking forward to it. Anybody have any thoughts on the undercard? Only way I show up and watch those is if someone gives me some tips on the card

BOL GJN. I guess I maxed out my parlayed Cotto bets with my local tonight with NIU and the Under in that game, along with Over in Oregon! Can't bet Cotto anymore with him, so I'll have to turn to my online out at -225 if I want to add more. Got lucky with NIU (ML parlay with Cotto, and doubled down at halftime - lucky indeed). Needless to say I'm heavy on Cotto. However I am strongly considering adding more at -225. I am that confident in this one. I've been following and training boxing closely for 10+ years and betting it for 6+. Last time I felt this good about a fight was Pac-man over DLH a few years ago. Pac was actually a dog in that one if you can believe it! I want to say about +160. Remember watching with my buddies and they couldn't believe I unloaded on the "smaller" guy. Hahaha

Undercard fights all look to be pretty damn sick. Like the faves in all but one of them, so won't touch them betting wise, but really looking forward to Rodriguez-Wolak. Their first fight was awesome. I'd lean Rodriguez at plus money just because I feel it is literally 50/50. Rodriguez does have the length and technical advantage, the second of which I always like in a rematch. Just haven't pulled the trigger yet...if I do, it'll be small.

BOL all.

Dude, if you got tix, you need to go watch all the undercard fights! Rodriguez-Wolak I was a sick sick fight....rematch should be good and as I stated, I like Rodriguez getting plus money based on his better skill and technique. Wolak's a bad ass brawler though. Should be a great rematch.

BOL to you!!!!!
i remeber that pacman vs dlh fight myself won alot alot of money on it had pacman, under, pacman by ko and the exact round covered 78 or 89 either way it def hit for huge payout with ko by pacman in rd8 one of my favorite fights ever cause i won everything i touched...do you really think that pac won that jmm 2 or 3rd fight especially? i like pacman but the crazy supporters keep saying he landed more punches it was 13 punches or something and i dont think jmm could have fought better. yeah pac came forward but that was gameplan and jmm countered everything best gameplan since ali sat on ropes against foreman...coming forward and landing 10 more punches doesnt win a fight.
Cotto in this one for sure!!!id like to bet some rd prop at like +2500 and be a genius but dont think it will be stopped, so i see it going the full 12 and cotto winning by alot of points on cards. But if i had to pick one rd if it did get stopped it would be lucky number 9 i never miss a good fight love boxing..everyone tries to shit on it cause heavyweights sucks and there is too many belts but who cares i love seeing welterweights middleweights + so many good divisions and boxers out there
i found 2 sites still at -200 im locked in and ready to win

I thought the first 2 Pac-JMM fights could have gone either way, but while I thought the 3rd fight was close, I thought JMM CLEARLY won a decision. Pacman may have thrown more and landed more, but JMM landed the much crisper and damaging punches. I had no action on the fight, but would have been pissed if I was holding a JMM ticket.

I could see the ref/doctor stopping tonight's fight early if Cheato's eye start to swell up, so I'm laying off the Cotto by Decision bet. Cheato's chin should hold up, but not sure if his eye will. Sounds like we are both having a good day in football, so let's keep it rolling with Cotto tonight!

even if margarito cheated in their first fight, cotto still gave him everything he had and it wasnt enough to bring him down. first fight was such a good one. i see this fight going the distance. thats the only wager i feel good about
