I don't.

Maybe these OWS'ers should apply to one of these big corporations for a job.

No.

Standing around complaining about how little money you have and how much others have doesn't really solve anything.

Not at all.... they're creating extra traffic and commotion downtown here in Toronto

and, they should be looking for jobs if they need the money so bad instead of getting stoned on the streets and wasting the last month of their time for nothing

there are two types of people in this world.

One type says, "if he can do it so can I"

The other type says, "fu(k that ashhole, why does he get everything."

sympathize? No

I think they are right about some of their arguments.. and most I think they are just plain dumb.
Arguing about big chains while blogging on their Iphone and Drinking star bucks is just plain lunacy

They Started off on the right foot complaining about the big financial institutions getting bailed out but then the Dead Beats got involved and started looking for a handout.. They were even Picketing the CEO of GE'S house here in CT.. Ridiculous.. Get off your ass, and Make things Happen..

I completely understand their points, but I also understand the flip side. Unfortunately, whatever side you're on, the grass isn't always greener.

I 100% respect their right to voice their opinion, though, in this increasingly police state we call America.

They have a cause but the cause has been lost as their camps have been taken over by low lifes looking for a free ride.

No. There might be one or two people in the whole thing who are legitimately protesting. The rest are kids who grew up rich and just feel like bitching about how bad the "man" is. Then there are crazies and homeless and just freeloaders.

You've got idiots there protesting conspiracy theories, the war, 9/11 etc etc. It's a mixed bag of idiots.

No, kids these day feel like they get a liberal arts degree and expect to make a starting salary of $50k. Take a low level job and prove yourself to the company and you will move up the Corporate ladder. That's what I did, market sucked when I graduated so I took lower position at a major bank and worked my way up.

i agree with the idea the corporations are overly greedy, and that most ceo's only care about how much money they can stash away to support the lifestyle, but this occupying is accomplishing nothing imo. They are beginning to come off as smarmy as the people they are protesting against.

Demand #1: Institute a heavy progressive tax system such that the more one makes, the more taxes one pays.

Demand #2: Abolish all rights of inheritance via the imposition of higher estate taxes for everyone.

Demand #3: Allow the government to take over private land deemed to be for the benefit of the masses.

Demand #4: Confiscate the wealth of individuals wishing to take money out of the US including the establishment of Special Purpose Investment Vehicles to shelter them from paying US Taxes.

Demand #5: Centralisation of credit in the hands of the State so that private wall street banks cannot make profits at the expense of the 99%.

Demand #6: Have the government takeover businesses owned by the 1% in order to redistribute wealth to the 99%. No more CEOs making tens of millions of dollars while laying off the 99%.

Demand #7: Restructure the entire economy so that our agricultural, manufacturing and service industries are all working in cohesion.

Demand #8: Free education to everyone!!!
