People just dont care anymore. Nobody has anyone 2 answer 2 about anything, every thing is a game. There are no strong leaders anymore in anything.. The fact that he even had access to empty kettles and was able to think of doing this probably points out that his supervisors are as incompetent and untrustworthy as he is..
