anyone keep getting emails and calls from them to deposit? getting out of hand. i had a problem with them betting teasers they sd my limit was 250 bc i was a promotional acct but on there web page it says 500. griffin didnt want to hear it or anyone else i spoke to there. they pay quick but theres too many glitches with them and there very shady when you go to them with a problem. ive played with books for 12 yrs and never was told by anyone they cldnt let me wager what there website limits say bc i was a promtional acct. im done with them. i will just stick to 5 dimes and heritage
the problem is there website says 500 for teasers. i wanted to wager a 3 teamer for 500 and was told because my acct is promtoional i could only wager 250. i called 3 times about it and no one there seemed to care much what there web page says. i hit the teaser last sunday and got screwed almost 400 because i wasnt allowed to wager 500 on the teaser. thats why im pissed off. ive been on this forum for yrs and have never complained about a book. they wont change it so im done with them. they offder you 100% bonus with 11 time rollover and limit you on everything knowing its imposiible to meet the rollover. i dnt have any problems with them paying out but i feel i was screwed out of 400
I hear ya. Couldn't you lay it off somewhere else. Or you could have possibly modified the teaser a played a second one very similar. Maybe adding a team or changing one of the original teams.
Bad break but you shouldn't get so upset.
P.S. What do they mean by calling your account promotional. This may be a valid point for Easy argument or it may not. Please explain promotional!
I understand Easystreet POV. The 100% bonus is nice, but its kinda geered towards the recreational bettor. Why do you have to put the whole $500 on 1 bet?
If they didn't give you a free $250 and your deposit was $500 than I could see you being mad. But your kinda abusing the bonus by betting 100% of your account on 1 bet.
Sounds like you may get hooked up, but I don't feel you should have such a major gripe. Your no different than a lot of us. Pissing and moaning just because of a small issue. Grow up. I'm sure somewhere in the promtion rules it states you can't bet 100% of your beg. balance on 1 bet. Anybody who knows anything about bonuses know this. Betphoenix made you roll over 10x your winnings from your bonus. It's called common sense and common courtesy!
I feel it's kinda like corellated parlays. Most knowledgable bettors knows playing these is taking advantage of the book. Early on bettors got away with this. Eventually all the books caught on and their no longer allowed.
zeeman, i never took the bonus i was stating that bc they call me every wk trying to get me to deposit more an dtake the bonus. i have no idea why the call my acct promotional, i opended it up in the summer and i made at least 3 or 4 deposits, it wasnt a new acct and as i sd i have never bithched about a book since ive been on the forum. it is what is now, im more upset when i called there and tried to get an explanation why i was limited and why my acct was promotional and felt they were pissed bc i had an issue with them.

I owe you an apology. Thanks for clearing that up. If your account was only funded by real cash deposits and no bonuses than easy is wrong. I don't see why their calling it a promotional account. Basically if what your saying is true than I can see how you feel dupped. I'm hope easy does something for you to ease your angry and frustration towards them.
