Every battle is won or lost before it is ever fought. Sun tzu.
However, I feel that the above quotation is perfect summation of one of the most ignored truths of NFL football betting...the most successful gambler are going to be the ones that work the hardest and smartest every week.

This week there will be 3....411 plays..I feel with the plays this week it will be a break out week.

Best to all

$400.00 Take #118 Miami (-3) over Philadelphia (1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11)
Miami is as hot as any team in the NFL right now. They have covered in six straight weeks and blew out a good Oakland team at home just last week. Philadelphia is a team in flux and you can't be certain if they are going to care of try in this game. Michael Vick will be back under center but I think that he will be very rusty after missing nearly a month. And Miami's defense is good enough to box him in and keep him from making too many big plays anyway. Miami has a big edge in offense and defense right now and this team is playing hard for coach Tony Sparano. The same can't be said for the Eagles and Andy Reid. Philadelphia has gone just 1-4 ATS in its last five games and they are just 4-8 ATS against the number this year. I will back the hot team.

$500.00 Take #114 Detroit (-9.5) over Minnesota (1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11)
I went against the Lions and collected easily last Sunday night. But this week I am going to bet on them and I think that they could be due for a blowout. They have had to play the best two teams in the NFC in the last two weeks in losses to Green Bay and New Orleans. They won't have to face an offense nearly as good this week when Minnesota comes to town. The Vikings have lost four straight and haven't covered in any of those games. Rookie Christian Ponder is still up and down and I think the Detroit Lions defense will have a strong day. The Vikings are in a letdown spot after their tough home loss to the Broncos last week. They have no reason to be up for this game. Detroit is 10-4 ATS at home and 5-2-1 ATS against division rivals. They win this one going away.

$2000.00 Take #107 Houston (+3) over Cincinnati (1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11)
This play is from my NFL 411 System.
Cincinnati has had to play four straight games against AFC North rivals. I think that they are worn out physically and mentally and it will be hard for them to win this game. This team has been exposed later in the year as they have had to face a tougher schedule. They are 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS in their last four games and their only SU win came with a comeback against a bad Browns team. Houston has one of if not the best defenses in football. They will be able to do what Pittsburgh did last week with their defense and running game. Everyone thinks that T.J. Yates is the big weakness for Houston right now. But Andy Dalton is still a rookie quarterback too! Houston is 5-0-1 ATS in its last six games and they have won their last two games outright when they have been underdogs. The Bengals are just 7-20 ATS as a favorite and just 7-18-1 ATS laying points at home. Houston will get another outright winner here but I will take the points anyway.

$600.00 Take #115 New Orleans (-3.5) over Tennessee (1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11)
This play is from my NFL 411 System.
This line does not reflect how far apart these teams are. New Orleans is outscoring its opponents by over 10 points per game and the Titans are outscoring their by just over one point per game. And New Orleans has had its success against a much better schedule. The Saints have won four straight games. They blew out Detroit and New York in the last two weeks by 14 and 25 points. Both of those teams are better than the Titans and have better defenses. This is a veteran Saints team and they look like they are building momentum for a playoff run. Tennessee has not beaten a team with a winning record since they upset Baltimore in Week 2. They were blown out by Pittsburgh and Houston and were beaten handily by Indianapolis and Atlanta. New Orleans will do the same thing. New Orleans is 18-7-1 ATS against a team with a winning record and the Titans are just 1-5 ATS at home against a team over .500.

$3000.00 Take #125 San Francisco (-4) over Arizona (4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11)
This play is from my NFL 411 System.
There are a lot of factors and a lot of reasons to love the Niners here. This is one of the best teams in football and right now they won't be taking anything lightly. It is still way too early for a team to rest its starters or not give 100 percent even if San Francisco has clinched the division title. Jim Harbaugh never had a problem running up the score when he was in Stanford and he never ?called off the dogs? against weaker competition. I expect him to have the same attitude with the Niners here in this spot. Arizona is in a big letdown spot. They played a very emotional game against Dallas last week and won that game on the final play. Last year the same situation occurred and they lost 38-7 on the road to the Niners. And in 2008 they came out and lost to Carolina after an upset win over the Cowboys. Arizona knows it can't win the division so they know that this game doesn't mean anything. They don't have any motivation. San Francisco still wants to lock up the No. 2 seed and a bye for the playoffs. The Niners are 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings and are 5-0 ATS when traveling to Arizona. The road team is 9-3 ATS in this series and San Francisco is 10-1 when they are favored. This team has been playing too well all season long for them to stop now! The motivated Niners will pull away in the second half and take this one by double-digits giving yours truly another big winner!

I did read what you wrote. And "those", meaning yourself and others who get the plays, could include yourself...that's why I asked. Thanks.
