Can you keep Alcohol in your house?

It amazes me how many of my friends differ...

In college I went and got my bartending license to be able to get a bartending gig easier, and upon "graduation" of that class, I went and dropped several hundred on a nearly stocked bar for my house. I was able to keep it stocked for years....

In fact, I probably have 20+ bottles of liqour still around even though I haven't attempted to keep it stocked in 3+ years...

My good buddy went to fill his home bar... It was less a month and nothing was left but random bottles. ALL the main liqours were gone. It amazed me. He has the money so it's not about that.

I think he just drank more... I have another friend, if its there, he drinks it.... IDK, for me it was nice if I wanted a nice mixed drink, I could make it all at home. In fact, ladies LOVED it.

Can you keep alchol/ liqour in your house? Even if its just beer, do you just keep drinking until its gone?

12 pack of beer can last 2-3 months in my house. Bottle of my wife's wine will last until we have company over. That's all we keep at the house, not big drinkers these days.

About 4-5 years ago, which were my single days, I couldn't keep anything in the fridge. I'd buy it, drink it and then do it again. Shitty way to live

Sure I can, the Mrs. too.
She had two bottles of wine untouched for awhile.
We know if we need to get up the next morning, we don't drink.
I guess people mature.

same here taylor... i thought it was the norm to be able to keep it, but it may just be my group of friends like the booze a little too much

what is the point of having booze around if you're not drinking it. stupid. case of beer last 2 days at my house. bottle of booze maybe three.

I really don't drink much either....My fridge is stocked with beers and hard sweet drinks, but just for friends. So I guess yes is the answer to that question....

I have some of the same kinda friends.
I'll buy a 12 pack at the grocery store with the intent of drinking 6 or so beers that evening. But, I have a 2 year old daughter so ill usually wait till she goes to bed at 9 or so before cracking open first beer and more often than not after 3 beers its 10:30 and I'm ready to go to bed because ill be getting up to watch Elmo at 7:30am. So the remaining 9 beers will go back out to the garage fridge and the cycle will continue at some point in the next couple weeks.
Now, when my wife and daughter go to visit her family and I basically have no responsibilities for an evening and morning, I will usually treat myself to a few more and I encourage her to go visit her family during football season

If I don't keep it in the house, how am I going to drink it when I can't drive?

My roommate and I go through a liter of whiskey every 2-3 days. He drinks far more than I do because I prefer bud, but I still have a few drinks most nights.

If it's on my place, it's getting drunk.

Try LTD whiskey.

You can get a big half gallon bottle for 15.75.

It's a blend. I love it. being a blend, it kinda mixes up 5-6 shitty whiskeys into one pretty decent whiskey.

i used to have quite a stock, but it was killing me so i flushed it.
now i go to the store if i want any for the day, max 2 drinks.

Not a big drinker at home, currently have a bottle of Jack Daniels for my jack & cokes. Also have a bottle of tequila for margaritas with my wife.
