believe it or not, over the last couple weeks i've had an AWFUL bout of sciatica, which is ridiculous because i am only 24 and in above-average physical shape.. I believe it started when I strained something at the gym.

anyways, if this is what you have, I strongly recommend doing these exercises:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqvXv1Lb9xE

They will help you feel better immediately, and help the healing. Take anti-inflammatories (IBUPROFEN) and ICE not heat. My back pains have been solved.

RE: vicodin, don't pay any more than $1 per mg, and even THAT is expensive. 5 bucks for a 10mg should be sufficient.

You should be able to get 90 of them on a prescription for around $10

Same prices as in most major populationc centers, broken down in three tiers

1) With a legal script and routine health care insurance, 60 for $30
2) with a legal script and no health care insurance, 60 for $400
3) from friendly friend, family member or other "neighbor" in your community, about 4 to 5 bucks each

PO69 includes five 10mg vicodin with each order for textbooks you make on his EBay website, though of course you will never receive your shipment.

(Rueful) Fun Fact

In the USA, if your family member shares their prescribed Vicodin with you, you've both committed a criminal felony

Yep

I was not meaning to be unduly teasing with my first post in this thread

The seemingly well-intentioned "health insurance" system in our country has created two extremely disparate pricing tiers for Americans who want any kind of pharmaceutical drugs.

Due to the federal government's granting of monopoly status to a literal handful of legal drug dealers, those Americans who have a paid insurance plan will usually pay anywhere from 4 to 10x (or more) less than those Americans who do not.

There are numerous legitimate drug producers and distributors who operate outside the USA that would be more than willing to supply that second tier of consumers with much more affordable drugs, but they are barred from doing business within the USA.

Smart thinking consumers are of course actively working to peaceably circumvent those laws by simply ordering their products via online channels and/or purchasing the drugs in foreign countries (Canada, Mexico, Central America most common) and smuggling them home via a variety of methods. But they do so at risk of being charged with federal felonies.

And make no mistake. The disparate pricing is not limited to "painkillers" and/or tranquilizer classes of drugs.

My wife's synthetic insulin costs her $30 per month thanks to her health insurance program. Without that program, it would run over $400
