I don't know how much Chow makes now but I think at least in year 1 he will have to take a paycut....the people in hawaii bitch about how our football coach makes more than 2x the pay of the next highest state employee...after giving our last coach $600k to leave, i think year 1 will be small for our new coach

but everyone likes the food here
