I never seen so many commercials, about, diabetes, heart disease, etc. Must be because of the demographics and retirees, is it??????

Oh and sooooo many spanish channels, omg.

Hahahaha what part of Florida are you staying in?

There's a spanish channel in south Florida that actually still does black face. I can't believe they get away with that stuff.

Hallandale, great place and close to EVERYTHING, unbelieveable, but the cable is killing me, gets depressing when the commercials are on

betall, im close to diplomat mall/shoppig center by hallandale beach blvd,Been there a few months, I cannot think of a more perfect spot, there are about three casinos close by, mardi gras, gulf stream, caldor, hard rock, dog and horse racing, sports book, the beach is 4 minutes from me, aventura mall five minutes saw grass mall approx, 25 minutes, and all the various others shopping centers and malls, bars and clubs too numerous, sun life stadium 15 minutes american airlines arena 20-25 minutes, las olas, commercial blvd, beach, shopping, restaurants and clubs, and great weather, two international airports, in 15- 25 minutes, the weather, the weather, the weather, girls, great roads, what else can you ask for. geez but then theres the C A B L E, lol

Yeah, I'm only a few blocks from the Diplomat on South Ocean Drive.
Maybe we get together for a few days one of these days...

My Two favorite Restaurants are at Gulfstream Park, Christine Lee's and Texas de Brazil.

Been eating at Christine Lee's since they were in the Thunderbird Hotel, back in the 70's.
And started eating at Texas De Brazil this year... Love their salad Bar, and of course all the Meats.

I suggest you learn how to use the MUTE button on your remote for general TV watching of any kind.

I've probably not heard a live TV advertisement in years

Not to mention that I frequently just leave the sound Muted during sports events because I can follow along no problem and then get some good music going on stereo or computer speakers.

Betall, I like Brio restaurant, nice place, but some times have to wait a little for seats,, seems like they spent alot of money at gulfstream/ THE VILLAGE, nice
