These 2 teams seem so similar. They can't play with a lead. They seem to fold under any kind of pressure. They turn the ball over seemingly every other time they enter the redzone.

Thoughts? :think2:

QB play and pass D has killed them all year. They really missed Jonas Gray tonight as they have no inside running.

2 teams who have seen better days but are in the hunt every year for a playoff spot or Bowl appearance.

5 Super Bowls for the Boy's. How many NFL teams can say that.

Notre Dame

The Fighting Irish have 13 recognized national championships, first out of all FBS schools in the post-1900 era and third all-time behind Princeton and Yale.[2] Notre Dame has also produced 96 All-Americans and 7 Heisman Trophy winners – both more than any other Football Bowl Subdivision school.

Most College football programs can only dream about having such numerous honors.

Notre Dame hasn't been relevant in 23 years since they last won a championship.

Since that national championship, Notre Dame has gone 6 and 11 in Bowl game. Some of those losses rather embarrassing.

Rutgers just won their fifth straight bowl game.
