Yup. They should have beat LSU the first time as well. Outgained them and missed field goals. They'd beat Oklahoma State by 20.

Yes, Tide was the best team this year, hands down, and their defense was the greatest unit that ever stepped on the field. Alabama allowed no touchdowns in 2 LSU games this season.

I don't want to hear Ok. State, I don't want to hear Stanford, Alabama without question was the best team this year.

They would have beat LSU the first time if the ball wasn't taken away from the Alabama receiver on the 1 yard line. That's partly why I bet on Bama again. They just have a better team. I thought so before this last game.

Said that all week. And that play wasn't even needed, they were moving the ball fine and had a rb throwing the ball. Either way, it seemed obvious they were the better team

Weeden would have been put on his ass and sacked six times if his track team played Alabama in the big game

OK State defense gave up 27 points per game, Richardson would have gone for 160 yard + if they played OK State

No doubt true for you. As for me THE best D & overall tm was the 71 Huskers, w/Jocobson, Glover, Harper, Rodgers etc.! The 2 greatest moments in CFB was Canon's PR vs Ol Miss in 59 & Rodgers ditto vs OU in 71. Many consider the 95 tm THE best of all time. Either one was great. This isn't even Bama's best D!!
