its not like they were just inside the arc doing nothing. they were sticking their man and running with them to the arc. you cant just stand on the outsdie of the arc with your hands up not guarding a man, if you did a smart player would just find a seem and get an open look for 3. they also switched everythign so no one would get trapped in the paint. i actually think they played the situation perfectly.
