using rags for toilet paper and then washing them seems pretty gross to me. I guess the machine would launder them OK ( like cloth diapers), but having a bucket of shitty rags around wouldn't fly for me ! Washing them uses water and electricity too, and time. I know Mexicans throw their used shitpaper in trash cans, but that is because their plumbing is bad and paper clogs things up, even they use paper not rags !

yep, they don't even do that in Mexico ! I think she is fooling herself that this is a saving.
Here's an idea....hikers/ campers use stuff like leaves and snow as TP.
Well if you lived in say Colorado and there is a foot of snow on your back deck, fill a small pail When you need to shit) and use that to wipe your arse off with in your warm Bathroom and give a final swipe with a few squares of paper to dry it off. Why wouldn't this work great and be very green ( or white) ?
I'd go into Mcdonald's and steal tp before I'd use shit-rags !

Even $2000 a month isn't great, but the minimum I'd accept to be a mod, been offered $500 at several places.
Mod is like being the the guy that repairs payphones, typewriters, 8-track tape players, etc.
