I don't know a lot about volcanos but this sounds cool and dangerous at the same time. Dormant or not

AFAIK Costa Rica already generates a significant part of their energy by "using" their volcanos/ the connected geothermal fields (google for Miravalles).

Thanks. Just googled it. Never had heard of the Miravalles Volcano before. Learned something new today
