Just curious what you all expect the RX to do?
I hate it for you all that got stuck, but seriously...the RX cannot do anything - if anyone does anything it will be another book that is willing to pick up the tab that Synbet left behind and give you all Bonus Play accounts or something. Is there any verifiable record of what individuals had in their accounts? The sad part is there is absolutely no reason that this could not happen again - anyone can get advertisement here - just flash the cash. This is yet another one of the many reasons I have pulled all of my money out from offshore.

I see absolutely no reason it would matter if the book who helped with the Synbet situation was not a sponsor here.

And yes, we had 2 books ready to take over & help the players.
One decided it was not in their best interest, and the other is not a sponsor at TheRx any longer.
Most people who have been involved in offshore has seen this happen.
I've had it happen to me twice.
Once was from a book who was a sponsor specifically at another forum.
But I don't hold that forum responsible or expect them to reimburse me or anyone else.
I believe trytrytry mentioned that it's happened to him 3-4 times.
HACHE WHAT book said they will help with the synbet situation? I supplied account info but was never contacted..were some RX members contacted and partially bailed out by this other book? is this new news or did I miss a thread on this earlier?
I know that the RX makes Money off the Sponsors that advertise above. I think they make some $$ when We Posters make deposits through their websites above. I think they should not just be taking money from anyone that wants to advertise above. The RX gave us such positive vibes about Synbet and called it their new Platinum Sportsbook as I recall. They also encouraged us to sign up quickly so that We qualified for several contests which quite a few of us did. I would have never signed up with a Book like Synbet that I had never heard of if it wasn't for the glowing comments made by the RX. I think the RX fumbled the ball on this one without doing their homework and it appears that We are all SOL ? As for the verifiable record, Hache Man asked us to send him our balances which I think most everyone did and I myself printed out a copy from their website while that phony book was still online.
Yes there was a thread I made asking for everyone's Synbet accounts after a book thought they could help.
Unfortunately it fell through.
Then another book was considering stepping in as a replacement, but they are no longer here.
TheRx and EZStreet did take over & pay part of the prizes in the year-long NFL Contest Synbet put on.
Well naturally Marty would have to give that final opinion, but again, what difference would it make?

#1 if any book comes forth and offers to assist synbet players we will do all we can to make it happen.

#2 we will only work with a rx sponser in bailing out synebt players.
IMO it makes quite abit of diff. Once again, i had no $ at synebt, but some of my cyber pals did.
I agree with you...but look at it from theRx's side...most likely they are "hurting" now right? If they are hurting, then they will most likely lower their standards on with whom to conduct business in order to balance the books and maintain the status quo. It is simple economics. If business is suffering you will find a way to make it...now could that way be more harmful than beneficial? Well, certainly, but no one could of known about this before hand. I know from experience when something sounds too good it probably is...Synbet clamouring for everyone's business with these ridiculous contests and huge bonuses should of been a huge red flag. In the end, it is not theRX's responsibly to "protect" any of us - that is on ourselves. I know they are doing whatever they can...but that money is long, long gone. You are one of the lucky ones. At least you have a completely safe and secure place to wager.
