Was BetPanam the book that effectively went 'all-in' on a Superbowl (2004?), or am I mixing stories? I remember the line was a point or so off and they effectively went no-pay immediately afterwards, possible slow-pay beforehand..

Aces Gold as I recall gave NE +14 1/2 vs StL in 2001. They closed a week later, I had 36,000 there. Great book until then
I won about the same amount. I recall a few posters on this site stated they were stiffed over 100,000.

Thanks guys, was trying to tell the story to some industry folks here -- so many of those early 2000s stories!

yeah I lost about 3500.. They were pretty good until then. I deposited a dime on that thursday and had a pretty good weekend.. then I called monday to request a payout and boom the phones were off.. that was before alot of fourms and industry news so nobody really knew. But I got my balance picked up by 5dimes who gave me a 10x roll over for that and have been with them ever since..

With AG you could buy after noon friday 6 pts for as I remember for -220 while in places like Olympic, Rio, Intertops & Millenium you could take the other side for +240 or sometimes +250, it was a scalpers delight.
