No cause of death has been reported yet for Whitney Houston so let's try to guess before it is, as this remains a mystery for now

here's what's known, according to news accounts: the body was found in a bathtub, no evidence of drug use, meaning no pill bottles or drug residue or paraphernalia at the scene, no evidence of foul play, meaning no visible marks on the body such as stab wounds, gunshot wounds, bruising

i'm going with heart attack...not necessarily from drug overdose tonite or last nite, but years of coke abuse and whatever else caught up with her on this nite...if she was doing coke there'd be residue and/or paraphernalia likely...if it was a suicide, which happens frequently in a tub when one cuts one's wrists, there would be wounds on the wrists and lots of blood and a blade or knife around...none of that reported

what is your guess? the online sportsbooks that take bets on this sort of thing have already posted odds: drug overdose 3-1, heart attack 4-1, suicide 6-1, murder 10-1, accidental drowning 30-1, poisoning 50-1

Why would books post a line on something so easily leaked? I mean a coroner has friends and other people that work in the office. Not hard to call a few friends or family members and place a few bets and make some $. Kinda sick they would post a line on it or that people could potentially profit off of it.

You couldn't name your black musicians or actors on one hand that have OD'd from street drugs. What Jimi Hendrix? Some would say he was poisoned. Or Ol Dirty Bastard? I'm pretty sure it was drugs, so I'll take the 3-1. Not too many celebs die alone in a hotel room at 48 who weren't doing drugs. And we ARE talking about Whitney Houston. I have my doubts it was coke or crack. Probably a pharmaceutical coctail of some type.
