Golf and Basketball are both professional sports correct?
The both are big money "sports"
In golf, theres the need for silence and quiet when the players are making their shots,
in basketball, the players making their shots, like for fouls and free throws, the crowd are allowed to yell and scream, they even sell at the stadiums material which the crowd use to "distract" the players when they are making their shots, what gives guys.
In the principle of things, the "allowed' distraction and materials used to distract the players, to me is hhmmm, not so right?????
