i don't think this new outfit really cares.its a shame that things have not improved around here.it just seems so lethargic around here the last few months.i don't know who is in charge here but they don't seem to care about upgrading and keeping up with the times these days.

For just about Any touch screen smartphones, just use www.therx.com
Even the free odds page has been optimized for smartphone-sized screens
After you get to the landing page which is right now, a top Sports story .....In the top right, there is a MENU button which allows you to go deeper into the site (e.g. odds page), to the forum, to our preferred sportsbooks, etc.
For those who would prefer the desktop version of the website, there is a switch at the bottom of the site to turn the mobile theme off.
So we are Far from being Behind. :toast:

TheRx.com page is clearly mobile (as it looks nothing like the home page when accessed from a computer.)

Then that just takes you to therxforum.com. So it looks exactly the same as if I were to just type in www.therxforum.com on my computer.
Mobile to me, would be once you tap The Rx Forum button from the mobile menu screen, you are then directed to a screen that is set up exactly like the mobile menu screen, but it is a list of the forum sub directories (College Hoops, Rubber Room, etc). And from there, you would be directed to similar menu screen listing all of the threads.
The mobile version of therxforum.com looks identical to the webpage therxforum.com. At least it does from my iphone.

Whats the benefit of making the forum into a mobile site? Not going to drive too much traffic and no additional revenue possibilities that way for the most part. Especially if this thread cant even get more than 3 responses worth of support. Stupid to waste money on something that isn't a need
If you have any smart phone reasonbly up to date, therx, and most any site, can be viewed and navigated easily.
There are plenty of posters who post regularly from their smart phone.
But a mobile version would simplify things just a bit in some areas, and the last time i spoke to one of our fine leaders Reed Holmes, I believe he mentioned that it is already in the works.
