Cause its pretty clear Miami is the best team and should win the ring going away. Hard to think Lebron is going to suck in a losing effort. Im a Celts fan, but it is what it is this year.

People said the exact same thing about the Heat last year when they had a good stretch in the middle of the season.

People said the exact same thing about the Packers when they started the season winning their first 11 or 12 games and looked unbeatable.

People said the exact same thing about the Phillies last year when they were routinely crushing teams night after night.

A season is a very long time. Whoever is in good form in February may not be in good form in June, and that's what pro sports playoffs are about...who is playing the best at that moment. Not to mention, there are some very good NBA teams the Heat will need to figure out how to get past before they can think title (Bulls and Thunder, mainly).

This isnt last year, this team is better and the NBA overall is worse. Also, it is not a long season, we are already at the break.

I'll take Westbrook, Perkins, Harden, and the more clutch superstar Kevin Durant over this choke artist and the Miami Heat.

*Lebron James

*Won a ring during a 66 game season.

Bingo. Strike shortened season this year doesn't count anyway.

LeChoke is known for his 4th quarter disappearing act, of course he finds it easier to win in a short season, it's like only playing 3/4's of a full game. Talk to me when he gets a ring in a full season of ball.

And that's if he wins one this year. Yeah it's possible, they're steamrolling teams right now, but long way to go yet.

I'll never understand this irrational hatred people have for LeBron.

Oh wait, that's how I feel about Kobe Bryant.

Nevermind.

LOL Zit...

Wait are most of you saying Lebron IS or IS NOT going to get a ring this year?

What player in the NBA is better than him this year? I say none.

Right now Miami is the best team in the league, but there are a few teams on their heels. There's a good chance he gets his ring this year, but
like others have said, a lot can happen between now and June.

Nobody stops Miami this year. They are completely focused and the attention isn't on them as much as it was last year.

No offense but anyone who is making NBA predictions right now probably doesn't follow the league too closely. See there is this guy Dwight Howard, good chance he switches teams within the next 3 weeks...Then we can assess who is the frontrunner and who isn't.

Right now I think it is Miami/OKC then the next tier is Dal/LAC/LAL/NYK/Chi I can find pretty glaring weaknesses with all of those teams but they are better than past years 2-5 seed type teams for sure.

DWill might get traded too if NJN realizes he is going to leave, which he will if Dwight doesn't sign.

Unless Howard gets moved to LAC/LAL/Chicago or another contender, it is very likely Miami goes all the way this year.

Chicago doesn't have the scoring and OKC doesn't have the defense.

Well he is likely to be dealt in the next few weeks so we'll see...

I dont like how Lebron just tossess all that Coke up in the air right before tip off. Just cause he's rich is no reason to flaunt it in our faces.
