Great Customer Service experience at betDSI

I just wanted to let everyone know how great the Customer Service is at betDSI. I just spoke with Ginger through Live Chat. When I asked her a question she didn't know she said "Are you able to hold while I check on that for you?".

Past experiences with sportsbooks have left me wondering if I lost my connection after asking a question. The person on the other end of the line doesn't even say "please hold" or "just one second". Just silence.

If Customer Service and reliability is important to you (betDSI is ranked A+) then I would suggest you try betDSI.

And no, I am not getting any compensaton for this. I'm just happy to finally get a book that cares about Customer Service.

I always say the a live chat should be treated like a phone call. Glad they made you feel so good to write a post about it. They are a solid book!
