this week been getting logged off than logged right back on. but it takes away the line moves also. to me this have been very annoying. wonder if anybody else has this problem as well. Thanks

I'm sure someone will get right back to you or give them a call. Have been with them since the beginning and they can't be beat. My only problem with them has been keeping up with all the new profitable changes. I'm not the greatest with the computer asnd there are so many new options available.I have never had the problem you speak of , but they have a new version that is avaiable, but when you log on, it should make the new change.

no, what you describe could be a connection problem. In any case call them, they are very helpful.

thanks for the responses. ill call them and see what they say. they are great, been with them also for the last few years. this just happened this week. never had 1 hint of a problem like this.

Hey Matty,

Was the issue just on Saturday? And was it all day?

We had one other customer in CR call with some issues on Saturday so I want to see if we can pinpoint the issue.

has been the past week. maybe twice a day. it would log off than log right back. that was not the issue. just on a day like sat for ncaab lot more games so was more frustrating. could be on my end also. to me this is a minor issue in the big scheme of things with you product. thanks again for looking into this.
