Which Sport is the Most Boring to Watch on TV?

Are we limiting it to basic sports so people don't come in and say darts or something like that?

If so my choice is Golf.

My vote would be:

1. Nascar
2. NHL

(If you consider Nascar a sport, which certainly is debatable... )

I used to think the exact same thing about NASCAR.

But, lay a few bucks on a couple of different drivers and try watching it.
You're opinion will change

If I am to watch the NHL it has to be during the playoffs.

I think the question would be better asked....which sport that would be better to watch live is boring to watch on TV or which sport do you actually sortof like but its boring to watch on TV. For instance, the sports I like I like to watch on TV, the ones I don't like I don't enjoy watching on TV...

I'd say hockey/baseball though for the main sports then obviously golf...

I've found that any sport i can actually play myself is boring to watch on tv. I enjoy bowling , golf , and fishing but dont like to watch on tv.

I also dont like sports that use human judges like figure skating or diving. My wife loves to watch figure skating but i'd rather watch paint dry.

I don't understand how anyone finds hockey boring to watch. But that's just my opinion I guess. I'd have to say golf or tennis.

I've had Season tiks for over 25yrs....I love hockey....actually watching it right now (CHGO-DET)

Tennis by far. I actually like to watch Golf if it's a Major or Tiger is playing badly !:lolBIG: Sorry VD I couldn't resist ! Tiger actually had me pouring a drink after He eagled that final hole. That approach shot was vintage Tiger even I have to admit !

BTW We're not counting Sports like Bowling ... are We ?

America certainly disagrees with you on that one, especially the under 30 crowd. TV ratings for NBA games higher than they've been in awhile this year and that with the lockout.
