They need a coaching change. Its not like the guys on their team can't play D...

Chandler is an elite defender
Shumpert is an elite defender in the making
Melo when he's plugged in can be a very good defender
Amare not so much but he isn't a Carlos Boozer/David Lee either
Lin I guess is terrible on the ball but he does have quick hands (maybe Baron starts taking some of Lins minutes? Baron has looked solid lately, seems in shape)
