why not get such when you're making the deposit? are they looking for reasons to reject your payout?

I presume they are just making an additional buffer to prevent me from copping your login information and then directing your payout to "William **" credit card which is a Visa prepaid I just bought at Walmart

They don't grab the info when you sign up or deposit, because there is no need for it at that time.
Plus about 65%+ don't ever get to make a withdrawal :)

And another 10-15% will lose their payout betting while jumping through the hoops required to get paid

Its a proof of purchase like any voucher you sign at any store/restaurant when you use your debit/credit card. Its a hassle to ask for it after each transaction so books usually ask for it prior to a payout but some of them ask for it upfront to avoid the whole they are only asking me for docs so that I can lose the money while I complete the verification process.

For those of you who want to use a CC, you are able to sign up for W# or M# online and fund that with a CC.

Many books if you fund via W# or M# won't require abunch of Docs when you go to withdraw.

This way you are able to put it on a CC, don't have to leave your home, and won't have to deal with all the Docs.

2 cents.....

because if fraudsters suck..........it would suck even more to send a check to a fraudster and later on get an avalanche of chargebacks.....
