I understand this is not the proper setting to air this, but I feel I have been left no choice!

Accusations and rumors have been floating around since last week in regards to myself and Ezstreet! I have decided to put this to bed once and for all!

I did something that was completely innocent in nature, and it has been construed in a totally different way by the "powers that be" and that is why we were removed from this forum. I can completely understand and respect the decision that was made by TheRX Management and Mods!

From this day forward we here at 1VICE.com will NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY PLAYERS WHO ARE ACTIVELY PLAYING AT EzStreetsports! I have always been very vocal on this forum and others like it about my feelings towards Ezstreet and the good treatment I received while I was with them! I have a huge amount of respect for the Ezstreet family over there and I wish them nothing but the best!

I also would like to extend a formal apology to the ENTIRE EzStreetsports family! What I did was not meant to hurt your business in any way and I am sorry it was looked upon as such!!

As for TheRX family I personally Thank You for all the support you have given us! This is a GREAT forum for players and shops alike to converse and I hope it continues to grow!

So we cant play at both ? Kinda strange , I really haven't used the 1vice much other then the fp i received and that was basically to check out their software.

Talk about making a weird situation even weirder...

This makes absolutely no sense. First of all, no one still KNOWS what happened and secondly, now we cannot play at both shops? How would you even know who is playing at both places??? You said you respect them or whatever, but then in the same breath you are kicking out everyone who is using them? What about the guys who have posted up with you and lost some or were bailed out in the synbet fiasco? Do they not have a chance to get their money back if they have an EZ account? I don't see how anyone can possibly trust any offshore out in this climate.

We will honor all deals that were made here in regards to Synbet!

Whats wrong with us not wanting to have further conflict with another shop that we worked at previously? I am sorry if this has put a bad taste in your mouth or been troubling to ANY of you guys, but it was MY decision to make and please try to understand!

Oh well...guess we will never know what really happened in all of this. Griffin you seemed like an alright dude, sorry it had to go down like this and I believe everyone not knowing the "full details" of the situation is doing you guys more harm than it is anything else. That is just my 2 cents and since my opinion doesn't matter much around here I will just leave it at that. Good luck with your operation at 1vice!

Good post Al. I agree with everything you said. I totally believe Griffin is a very good, ethical person.

This is what I think happened. It's pretty obvious the RX team and Easystreet are bedmates. Griffin's activities here at the RX I.e. Synbet bailout, video contest, advertising banner pissed off the owner of easystreet. Easystreet complained to Martyj, blaming the rx that 1vice is stealing his customer's. He probably stated you shouldn't have allowed this type of advertising. Since RX team and Easystreet are tight, RX had to take action against Griffin and 1vice.

Just my 2 cents.

my guess on what happened is when they left ez, they are basically being accused of stealing customers away from ez to their new book. ez complained to the rx, who under the pressure from ez, dropped 1vice as a sponsor. Now although they think they didnt do anything wrong, 1vice doesnt want anyone from ez playing there. but since we are never told anything besides, just trust us, we are right from the mods, maybe we will never know.

I think what happened is that this surrounds boatboatboat

he is one of the biggest gamblers in the entire forum and is "recreational" in that he deposits 100 X what he ever withdrawals... the day he withdrawals he sends back the deposit in double because he loses his balance leftover after the withdrawal

... I can almost hear him saying "eye am gonna get this book this time!"

They are both fighting over this aggressive player who for 2012 basketball combined is 3-67. He is a goldmine :toast:
