I did good last year in bases, and i decided to start posting some picks for this year. So hopefully I do not get jinxed for finally starting to post my picks.

Vargas last year was 1-3 vs. the A's allowing 5+ runs in 2 of the 5 outings he faced them in. Also, I see Colon giving up a few runs as well as his stuff started to deteriorate towards the end of the season last year. Which should set for a high scoring affair, and going over the total of 8.5 runs.
