Need Pre-Paid Credit Card for non-gambling purposes - Recommend??

I need one of those throw away pre-paid credit cards to use for online shopping with an overseas site (India). No way I'm using a real credit card.

Anyone know of a good prepaid card? Is Walmart's MoneyCard any good?

Any recommendations would be appreciated...

You maybe out of luck because government regulations now have many prepaid vendors shutting down international purchases. gift2go just blocked international within the past week. Someone stated that certain Vanilla visa cards may still work. You may have to go through a bank branch like Bank of America or Suntrust to get one that still authorizes international buys.
