I was trying to take a withdraw out of ezstreet sports and they said I had to get those 2 items scanned and sent via a jpeg or pdf file from my e mail. I don't have a scanner so i made a copy of both on a piece of paper at work and went to Office Max. They scanned the paper and sent it to my home email and i had my son attach it to an email to customer service. Today i got an email from cust serv saying it was unreadable and i would have to do it again. Does anyone know the best way to get this done as I am not good with computers?

Unfortunatly the past few years with players doing charge backs and what not the books have to do everything they can to reduce losses.
If you deposit via MG,or WU I have NEVER seen a book require documents to withdraw.

It all stems back to the method used to deposit, and people scamming books.
as far as taking "forever" for payouts,I have gotten payouts, from EZ, 1Vice and Just bet ranging from 2k-5k each all in the last 2 mths.
never once had to provide a doc, never once waited more than 9 days. In the case of 9 days it was because of the amount and the method EYE choose to get paid with.
The key is to know how to deposit, and how to withdraw.

ez told me they could only do $800 max on mg or wu with like a 80 buck fee, so I chose to get a check which i could get 2500 and only a $50 fee. then the next day i get an email saying i have to provide the docs to get the check. not happy with them so far. would you take the docs to the office max and have them scan it directly from the i.d. and utility bill and try a pdf file as the jpeg supposedly was not readable? thanks guys
I'll give you some advice. Call Ed or Dan in the morning around 11am central and give them a chance to do their jobs. These people are professional and will treat you with the same respect you show them. Apart from that, good luck ignoring the bitterness and negativity shown by some.
I had that problem with EZ Street. I made a deposit with them via MG and got a $30 futures bet on the Super Bowl. I won the bet and wanted to cash out. All of a sudden they're asking my for different docs. I ask them why, and they tell me because I had made a CC deposit AFTER I made the MG deposit. I balked at first, but instead of going through all the hassle, I already had the docs scanned, so I sent them to them.
I'd go to Fed Ex Office with your docs and let them show you how to scan it and send it via your email account.
