don't like the experience, won't name the house, just want to know if this is the norm

really stopped using offshore when netteller became unavailable, hate using WU. Withdrawals in those days were great, money in my netteller account within an hour and I could use my netteller ATM card to withdraw 1k one hour later (daily atm limit)

anyhow, tried to make a withdrawal a few weeks ago but my two attempts were rejected. 1st because they couldn't read my "authorization" documentation when I sent it has a fax. Then when I sent them a scanned e-mail, they said they never received my e-mail, presumably because they changed their e-mail address.

It's tax season, I'm crazy busy, and I just let it go for a few weeks.

Today, I resend the e-mailed authorization to their new address. I'm told my maximum withdrawal is only 3k every eight days, even though their website says 10k. then I'm told that since this is my 1st withdrawal, my max is $ 2,450

I'm like WTF, I just don't like this kind of shit

is this the norm nowadays?

will let you know when I receive the check

5 Dimes is great for depositing and withdrawing.

Never have had a problem in many transactions.

SIA has been fine with me too but it takes a little longer to get paid.

Getting the initial documentation set up for a new card is a pain at first, but no problems after that.

I thought the max was 3k a day or 3k a week, something like that???

5 Dimes is still the best book IMO. Just hate having to deal with little nuances every couple years.

payout REJECTED for the third time. Now they say I never gave them the disclaimer request they sent to me, which is the first thing I sent to them.

1st request rejected because they couldn't read my faxed copies of drivers license and CC

2nd request rejected because they didn't receive my e-mailed copies of drivers license and CC, which was all they needed at the time. They had "just changed" their email address at the time.

3rd request rejected because now they didn't receive the document I sent when making my first request.

and this is a highly regarded book around here, what a fucking joke

I get the feeling its 5dimes you are referring to Willie...

if this is not resolved within 24 hours, I'm going to throw the house under the bus. To date, I've given whatever house it is positive feedback in my posts.

It's gotta be 5dimes because they told me their limit for checks is $3k when I tried to take out more. It's sad how difficult it is for Americans to take out money. I'm currently trying out a bitcoin based sportsbook since you can take out the money instantly. This has the potential to be a good replacement for online wallets but most book don't use it.

I have made 6 withdraws from 5dimes for 1,000 each in the last 3-4 months. NO problems whatsoever. I had the check in hand within 3 days everytime.

It must suck to go from Netteller where you could withdraw thousands in minutes to having to resort to archaic methods like p2p.

Never, (5Dimes) I request snail mail checks, get it in 4 to 5 business days.
I always request Sunday night, and always in the mail box by Friday pm

First withdrawal in years? Where do you post your fades..err I mean plays?

J/K...seriously though I hope you get your money in a timely manner. Have you considered using a local? I would imagine at your level of play you wouldn't have any trouble finding someone to book you...then you could have cash in your hand every Tuesday morning or whenever. It is a hell of a lot easier and safer than jumping through the hoops out there now.

I think this subject was brought up several times regarding different books. Did you make your deposit with a CC? That "can't read the fax clearly" is a big joke, however scanning is the best alternative as it is a much clearer picture.

I deal with Caribsports, and although they usually won't let you make plays until they have your authorization and a scanned photo ID and electric bill, they get you your money right away via Fed Ex. They allow you $3000 per day with a $42 processing charge. That's the only book I want to deal with these days.

Ever see Boiler Room? The phone-jockeys are instructed to stall stall stall when a customer wants to sell their stock.

No different in the Offshore world. Funny how many times you have to fax, email, scan, etc.

I'm sure that is Rule #1 at several shops. "No matter what, never accept the first set of documents."

Rule #2. "If the customer already sent documentation 6 months ago, always ask them to send again."

Justbet give you a free payout every 30 days. You can take out $5000 a week and we will courier you a moneyorder. Easy, safe and discreet. More that one payout in the 30 day period will cost you $40 processing.

it's my first request for a payout in a few years because I have been using locals, both telephone and online.

I like the options offshore, and missed them. Better odds, many more plays and stuff like true odds on ML parlays, has opposed to payout maximums which turned me away from ML parlays.

I respect the fact that they want the paperwork before you play. Seems odd when they're concerned about stuff like CC fraud only when you request a withdrawal

This has always troubled me a great deal as well... Makes no sense if the credited deposit cleared months ago.
