Lester pitched a gem in Detroit Opening Day giving up only 1 run versus a potent Tiger lineup.

He owns the Bluejays in Canada.

Since 2009, he's 9-2 with a 2.71 ERA in 13 starts against the Blue Jays, going 5-0 with a 1.96 ERA in his last six in Toronto.

Romero gave up 4 runs in 5 innings versus Clevland but didn't factor in the decision.

Four Red Sox regulars have posted averages of .345 or better in at least 20 at-bats against Romero. David Ortiz, Jacoby Ellsbury, Dustin Pedroia and Kevin Youkilis have combined to go 37 for 97 (.381) with six homers, 13 doubles and 11 walks.

I agree with this play. Also a good early 3 team parlay would be Nats, Red Sox, Tigers. Pays a little over 4 to 1.

Man, this Red Sox team has deamons. You got fat ass Big Poppy who doesn't run out ground balls; Lester walks a guy he then has him picked off but Gonzales throws the ball in the dirt to the 2B.

This is just a fundementally bad team that I will fade or stay away from for a while.

Lester had a good outing but can win himself.

I had the Tigers in all 3 games vs the Sox. No idea what I was thinking backing them. They did this last year as well, I think 0-10?

Romero threw a gem. Jays only get 3 hits, and win. Can't fault Lester.
