Chipper Jones will turn 40th this month and his Atlanta Braves are looking to take back to back wins from Houston tonight in an 8 PM game at Minute Maid Park. Wandy Rodriquez can be the spoiler in Atlanta's plans. Rodriquez is 3-0 1.64 ERA in 5 career outings vs Atlanta at Minute Maid Park and 3-2 3.25 ERA overall in 10 career starts versus the Braves. Rodriquez has 48K's in 50 Innings Pitched in this mathcup since 2008 and has held McCann to 0-10 and Uggla to 3-20. Delgado for Atlanta was 1-1 2.85 ERA in his rookie year last season in 7 starts but only went past the 5th inning only once in that time span. Delgado did only allow 3 Earned Runs or less in those outings. Atlanta has won 6 of 8 in Houston and 7 of 10 overall in this mathcup but tonight's pitching matchup, coupled with a Houston squad who is scrappy at the start of the season trying to erase their franchise record of 106 loses in 2011, suggests that Houston possibly has the advantage with the experienced Rodriquez over a young Delgado making his first road start of the early MLB season. Delgado does throw extremely hard but has control problems at times and should give up some base runners tonight. Carlos Lee should have opportunites for RBI's with the Houston lean to scratch out a win. Source: ESPN MLB Preview
