5-0 +10 units- System Plays
I have decided that the majority of my plays from here on out will be my system plays.
My system plays are decided by looking at each game and match-ups for a 3-4 game series. They may be sides or totals.
Here is a disclaimer that I am going to put in each thread that I start. While most of you understand this I want it to be clear to any posters that may be new to what a chase system is all about.
Example of how a chase works;
1 unit is the goal. If your unit size is $50 here is what it can turn into so that you are prepared.
STL is the example play and game 1 they are -150
(-150)Game 1 - $75 to win $50 - LOSS
(-180) Game 2 - $225 to win $125 - LOSS
(-160) Game 3 - $504 to win $350 - Win
Total outcome is +50
Now that is the goal. Ultimately that you will win $50. Of course the goal is to do that before game 3, but before any of you play along with this system it is important to remember that you may be ultimately risking $500 to win $50 on a game or more. Just the other night I had to lay $500 on game 2 on the Braves as part of my system play and that was just in game 2. If it had gone to game 3 it would have been well over $1000.
Anyways I wanted to write this out so anyone that may follow understands how it works and how quickly the risk can add up.
