Let's say it's very obvious that the batter is jumps in front of a pitch and gets hit. Does he still get walked? I just want to know if there is a rule for this.

The rule is that the hitter must attempt to get out of the way. Every once in a while (rarely), an umpire will enforce the rule and make the hitter stay in the box. The few times I've seen it happen, it's been blatant.
