I had an issue with them over a year ago, I just phoned them up every day after work, I was super polite and got my money after about a month of being stalled. Try it.

This is one of the biggest wonders of the world. Why do people deposit funds in a book that has been on the ropes for over two years. Their chances of getting paid are slim and none.They aren't the only one either. There is a long long list of people that still take the money in , but don't pay when it comes time.
