Few reasons CWS vs Balt goes OVER 8.0 tomorrow..

1. CWS used almost their whole BP last night
2. Danks has a terrible record lately vs Balt
3. G. Darling umpiring HP (3-0 O/U)
4. Total is only 8.0
5. Wei-Yin Chen still suspect IMO
6. Hot bats especially Baltimore

Reasons it doesn't..

1. 9mph wind INTO HP
2. 50deg temp
