I ain't gonna get into a casino debate with anyone. I play it. I also go to the land-base casinos. They aren't built on winners. I get up many times but usually don't quit in time. That's me and I am sure it like that for most casino players.
as far as proven goes .... well I haven't seen that. Guys that win in the casino would no doubt disagree with you.
Management made a decision on april 12, 2012 and the rules were changed on the website. Unfortunately the internal site software (where you log in and make your bets) wasn't changed. Someone goofed. I guess they assumed it its changed at one place it would automatically change elsewhere. I donno. Its all fixed now.
All the players today that hit the trifecta (like yourself rickyl) noticed that they weren't credited the amount they assumed they won. We honored the payout because it was our mistake and all players hitting the trifecta were paid the amount they expected.
