Wife was at work so I was streaming the Mayweather fight from her laptop while using my laptop.
In the middle of the broadcast, I lost connection. I breifly remember something in the bottom right corner of the screen saying lock something or something lock. anyways. I was like Ill be sure to run the virus scanner once I am done.
I found a new stream and finished the fight. Ran Malwarebytes quick scan. nothing good. ran full scan. Went to check results and computer was frozen. restrated it, froze again.
Now it gets "hung up" ont he start up screen, the little loading circle stops rotating (right before you put in your windows password)
I can get into safe mode with out a problem. Running McAfee full scan now. nothing yet.I tried start up repair. says no problems, ran it several times. I tried system recovery. there was some kind of error and of course when it goes to restart. same hang up before the login screen.
