Anybody know anything about bugs?

exterminators, check in. i'm not talking about the bugs found on your nether-regions, i'm not there yet but at the rate i'm going i'll have to start an additional topic for that. i'm moving out of this place in a few days so it isn't ultra-concerning, but i'd like to figure out what these things are anyway. a brief description: very tiny, 8 legs, has some long ass things on its head (not antenna), black, western PA. they're in my closet, whatever they are. they make this chirping noise and they're extremely fast and move like a zero-turn lawn mower. it doesn't really look like a spider, but it has 8 legs? any help is greatly appreciated.

i thought maybe a stink bug, some have 8 legs i believe, but most are 6

nah not a stink bug either. it's like an eighth of the size of a stink bug.

i'm thinking it's some kind of tick...it has 8 legs though. then again, i know nothing about ticks. i was under the impression that all things 8-legged were spiders lol.
