Why would I lie? I don't like rap, don't listen to rap and know nothing about it. It's a world I could care less about.

I mean I don't listen to any classic rock and never have but doesn't mean I couldn't name 10+ bands from "pop culture knowledge" It wasn't a judgement statement, I know i have a not so popular taste in music. to each their own..

I'd say bands like the Beatles, Stones, Metallica etc. are a little more widely known than rap performers. I'm just guessing though.

I don't know Ludacris and usually only equate Will Smith with the movies. I thought Puffy only produced. I of course know Dre and Snoop though.

Unless you are over 50 or have spent the last 15 years in a hole without television or radio then you pretty much have to know who Ludacris is - I have never listened to country, but I bet I could tell you at least 50 stars in 10 minutes or less. If you really don't know who he is...I want to know how you managed to disconnect so fully from the media...it might come in handy some day.

LOL, I am in my late 30's and watch a lot of television and listen to the radio. I don't know what this guy Ludacris looks like or I can't name one song he sings and I'm being serious. Why would I see his name in the media? And you might find it funny that I work in public relations and talk to the media all the time.
