BEWARE of LEGENDS SPORTSBOOK-NO PAYOUT
I recently requested a payout and was refused based on a request for a Credit card imprint. They said that they could not read the information--not once but the second time that it was sent--Viewed by everyone else as legible, It was OK for them to take thousands in deposits without an imprint but with one they say get lost. Not a way to do business. I am surprised they have been endorsed by the RX. I do not think that I will ever see my money.
Any Ideas?

Legends sportsbook-refused payout
I been a loyal Legends player for several months after leaving Betonline, I recently asked for my first payout--it was refused. They took thousands in credit card deposits and now refuse a withdrawal of my own money. THey should not be endorsed by THE RX.

I've seen posters that weren't getting paid, get paid. So it's not entirely hopeless

Legends has been one of the few solid books recently. I'm not saying you are lying but all books make you jump through hoops on the first payout. Once you get the forms signed and sent over then I assume everything will work out fine. If not then there are many here that help you.

they take your money no problem, but want all kinds of documentation when giving you a payout which no longer has anything to do with the credit card
just a classic delay tactic, done under the guise of legalese
I wonder what happens if you cancelled the credit card you used six months ago?

Thank you Willie. I appreciate your support. You are on the mark. I sent all documentation as requested and then they said that they could not read the imprint. So I went to a specialty printer to help me. He said if they can't read this imprint then they just are unwilling to pay you. I sent the improved imprint--you guessed it--they said they can't read it. In addition, the manager said-"I don't believe this is your credit card and accused me of fraud--UNBELIEVABLE. That was all I could take. I have reached out to THERX, SBR and OSGA. However, I am the little old man and they are as I said before BIG Legends.

This has happened to me many times at different books (mostly top -flight books) it's always "your document copy is too light to read OR it's too dark to read then it's too fuzzy to read then nothing came through, blah, blah.." best way to handle this is send in your documents before you start to deposit AND then get the ok that everything is good to go and because they will want your deposit they will ok your documents quicker... Worked for me!!
