Heres why I like the Rangers tonight. Neftali is a good pitcher. I would not call him elite yet, but he is good. The Angels OBP is at the bottom of the league right now. The team is still in the basement and the hitters are pressing to get hits in order to turn the team around in one game. (See Albert Pujols). Big Albert isn't the Big Albert we knew from St. Louis. At least not yet. He is from the dominican so maybe he's 34 not 30 or maybe hes pressing to make himself look worth 200 million dollars, or maybe he misses his family. Who gives a crap. This team will get a run or two off of Neftali, but they aren't patient enough to make the walks equal a win tonight. Weaves has had some great performances this year but he hasn't even come close to facing a team like the rangers. In Arlington Weaver is posting a modest 3.50 ERA but was shelled in his last outing against them. I dont see Hamilton ruining his night, but I do see the entire Rangers team causing enough trouble to plate 4-5 runs by the end of this game.
