I get emails for these all the time. I do find Forbes to be a respectable financial publication so I'm not going to say they are like your average stock newsletter but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of their newsletters?

I really haven't used any investment newsletters before but does anyone have any positive experiences with any?

PF,

I find there is only so many ways to write stories on investing. Once you've been following it for a while and you've been in the market for years, it's not like they can teach you something new (dollar-cost averaging, diversify, gold, tech stocks, cd's, cd laddering, refinance, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...). Getting advice on "hot" mutual funds or stocks is generally old news by the time it's mailed out. I read money/investing articles quite often...online. Not saying it can't hurt...I like having paper publications to read when I'm on the shitter or on the Metro, etc....great to kill time...and occasionally there will be a nugget that sparks my interest.

I used to subscribe to Runner's World magazine...but after a few years, I found there is only so many ways they can tell you how to train for a race!
