Low Vig Payout problems/refusal

After years of playing with BetVegasVic my account and balance was transferred to www.lowvig.com in April. My first and only payout was for $15,000 via bank wire and was requested in early April and supposedly processed on April 19th.

The funds have not been received as of yet in my bank in the UK. All other sportsbooks i play at have no problem wiring funds to my bank in England, and funds arrive within days at most.

Lowvig continues to blame the delay on a third party processor.

I have given them other options to pay me, via neteller or transfer to my Bookmaker account.

They have so far not paid me anything and refuse to pay me via another method, and just keep apologising for the delay, which is now a month.

I find this unnacceptable, but don't know what i can do about it.

By the way they are connected to BetOnline even if they deny it, as when you make a neteller deposit the merchant is Betonline.

Thanks for the info, I have submitted a complaint and hopefully they can help.

To update, now a week later, 5 weeks after the wire was supposedly processed, it still hasn't turned up.

I also tried to request a sportsbook transfer payout for the other funds i still have in my account, but they refuse to do this, saying they have to do the first payout first before any others. So in other words they are refusing to pay any money to me via any method.

To give comparison to a much more impressive book, although I know US customers aren't allowed, I requested a 250K bank wire from Matchbook on Monday morning (only $35 fee), and it was in my bank by Tuesday morning.

Is that a Typo ? $250,000 ?? or did you mean $25K ?

Yes, 1/4 million. And matchbook is always this quick no matter the amount, they definitely are the fastest for paying large amounts. When I request an amount like this from Pinnacle I always get the money, but sometimes it can take them 2-3 weeks for them to process the wire

Ok, I only ask because it's not the Norm around here.....

About a month ago I posted that Lowvig had bought Betvegasvic, I also thought it was Good News. Only because I thought someone different was involved.
It seems I was wrong....

I don't like what I'm hearing about this Book. or the people running it.
Throw in NO Phone Numbers ??

Not saying that will Not work, But the Player came from BetVegasvic to LowVig, not betonline to LowVig.

ive talked to betonline many times about lowvig and MY GOd are they now adamant that they have NOTHING to do With LOWVIG..u r on your own with any issues..any old guarantee or partnership or whatever is long gone.

How can they not be related to Betonline? All the deposit and payout rules are basically the :brazilian

Just checked with my bank today, and the 15K wire arrived today, I asked them out of interest was there any delay from their side crediting my account. They informed me, no it was credited straight away and it was probably just sent today.

I’m happy to have received my money. But certainly won’t continue playing with them, as It has taken them 5 weeks to process this payout and who knows if it would have been so quick If I hadn’t complained so much.

And as I mentioned before they must be connected to BetOnline in some way with their payments system at least because the deposit I made to lowvig via neteller was listed as paid to "merchant betonline" in my neteller account.

Always good to hear when someone get's paid.

I Believe that LowVig uses Betonline's Software and processing, that's where it ends.
So I will go with that, For Now.....Until I'm told of any changes.

But Bottom line you got your Money... Please keep us Updated on Future Payouts

Glad to hear you received your wire. I received a follow up email from Lowvig today regarding this case and this is what I was told:

"We are very glad to hear he received (the wire). Also, as a way of apology, we will be sending him a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne and his next payout will be sent free of charge for all the inconveniences he experienced with this delay."

Classy move Lowvig!
